The current Board of Directors for Dam West Homeowners Association is:

The Association holds its monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at the clubhouse.  Signs are posted at each entrance into the community the weekend prior to the meeting to remind you of the meeting.  Please attend the meetings, we need and want your feedback on an ongoing basis to make Dam West a better place to enjoy and thrive.

 

Reminder: If you as a homeowner are having any work done to your home that requires any contractor to come onto or have access to the common area property, they must first obtain consent from the ACC Committee.  Please contact Goodwin & Company at ‭(720) 647-6645‬, or Mariah.Watkins@goodwin-co.com with any questions.

 

Do you need to paint? Please go to Sherwin Williams store at 3106 S Parker Rd, Aurora, CO 80014 or request a paint book from the ACC. Though colors may be viewed online at: https://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/hoa, homeowners are encouraged to make final selections from actual samples or paint color books.
