The amenities in Dam West bring this close-knit community even closer.  You're bound to run into a neighbor while walking the acres of open space, taking the kiddos to the pool or playground or playing tennis at the renovated tennis courts.

 

The pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and playground are all located at 11700 E. Yale Way.

 

The pool was resurfaced during the Spring of 2014 and is open daily, weather dependent, from 10 am to 8 pm.  The swim team uses the pool early mornings and late evenings to practice and on three (3) Saturdays in June for home swim meets.

 

The clubhouse has approximately 2370 square feet on the main level that can be used for entertaining and community events.  The facility was refurbished in early 2009 and is open for rentals on a near daily basis.

 

The community has two tennis courts that can be used by residents.  The courts were resurfaced a few years ago and completely rebuilding in the early 2000s.

 

The playground is a welcome place for the famlies within the community.  With two slides, a child swing, toddler swing and multiple climbing apparatuses, children have a blast while staying close to home.

 

The green space within the community has wide open vistas and numerous paved walking paths.  While the majority of it is irrigated turf, the trees, many of which are 30+ years old provide lots of shade and planting beds provide color and contrast.
